Overview
Metaceutic is looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to lead the commercialization of NIOMI, our gut microbiome profiling service. This role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, driving B2B partnerships, and scaling revenue streams through corporate wellness programs, healthcare professionals, and direct-to-consumer sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for NIOMI, focusing on B2B partnerships, HCP engagement, and direct sales.
- Identify and establish partnerships with corporate wellness programs, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding subscription-based services and licensing opportunities for personalized nutrition recommendations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and position NIOMI as the go-to microbiome health solution.
- Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and wellness brands.
- Lead sales initiatives, including presentations, trade shows, and strategic networking to acquire new clients.
- Work closely with the scientific and product development teams to align sales efforts with product innovation.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for revenue forecasting and business strategy optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nutrition, HealthTech, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships in healthcare, biotech, or nutrition sectors.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and key account management.
- Knowledge of microbiome science, nutrition, or personalized health is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
